Fund due diligence and side-letter negations

TRUST advised Finnish institutional investor in the legal due diligence and side-letter negotiations with an open-ended multi-asset credit investment fund. Through master-feeder structure, the fund invests in a diversified portfolio of, among others, syndicated loans, high-yield bonds, as well as other opportunistic investments.
