TRUST ranked in Chambers Europe’s listing among the leading Finnish law firms in the technology sector

TMT stands for Technology, Media and Telecommunications. For Chambers, this broad section incorporates work relating to these three areas of law. Technology includes outsourcing between corporations and suppliers of IT services, IT procurement and regulatory matters in the sector. This area also includes M&A activity in the industry while emphasising firms and individuals that demonstrate a specialised knowledge in the requirements of the industry.

And indeed, we at the TRUST are glad to say that this is very much true with regard to Tech M&A deals, such as advising Onrego in its sale to Loihde, Remion in its sale to Normet, Bocap’s in its Eficode exit, or Suunto in its divestment to Liescheng. With regard to ICT cases, we have been involved in more than 30 CRM and ERP deliveries, some of those to the leading Finnish public listed companies, as well as tech deals where we need to tailor the whole package to particularities of the case.

Attorneys-at-Law Trust enters the rankings this year following notable activity in technology and software licensing arrangements. The team also advises on technology supply agreements and technology transfer mandates. Attorneys-at-Law Trust advised Fellowmind Finland on the supply of an artificial intelligence platform.

Jan Lindberg is known for his experience in technology supply and transfer matters, as well as technology licensing issues. Naturally, the team is stronger than just him, including also Lauri Nieminen and Sami Koivurinne. We wish to thank all our customers for your support and trust and strive to exceed your expectations also in the next year.
