Pärttyli Rinne

Pärttyli Rinne is specializing in technology and data law, contractual arrangements and disputes. He assists further in M&A, intellectual property and employment law, and in-house legal support, helping businesses address legal questions as part of their day-to-day operations and strategic decisions. Besides legal assignments, Pärttyli delivers trainings on the GDPR, the EU Data Act, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act and related instruments.

Pärttyli holds a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki (2026), a PhD in philosophy from the University of St Andrews and a master’s degree in dramaturgy and playwriting. His previous academic career includes research at leading universities in both Finland and abroad. In 2024 Pärttyli was awarded with Aalto University’s Science Communicator of the Year recognition. His unique background as an international researcher and professional scriptwriter complements his legal expertise with analytical precision, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong command of language. This is particularly valuable in legal research, negotiations and dispute resolution, where logical clarity, sound practical judgment and persuasive expression are of essence.
