Sami has been with TRUST since 2017, initially as a trainee and, following his graduation with a Master of Laws degree in 2023, as an associate lawyer. He advises clients particularly on M&A, commercial transactions, technology law and conflict resolution matters.
Sami has worked on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, investment and financing rounds, and other commercial arrangements across a variety of industries. His work includes legal due diligence, transaction documentation, contract negotiations, corporate structuring and day-to-day legal advice relating to clients’ business operations.
In technology law, Sami focuses particularly on privacy and data protection, artificial intelligence, the commercial use of data and digital transformation. He advises clients on related regulatory, contractual and risk management matters.
Sami also assists clients in negotiations and conflict situations before they develop into litigation or arbitration. In addition to his legal education, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He draws on his psychological expertise particularly in negotiations and conflict resolution, where understanding the parties’ objectives, motivations, decision-making and interpersonal dynamics can support the development of effective resolution strategies.
