Transaction boutique TRUST advised Remion Oy and its shareholders in the sale of the company to Normet Oy, one of the leading companies globally in underground mining and tunneling equipment industry. Remion, founded in 2001, a specialist in innovative business- and process-enhancing industrial internet solutions and advisory services. Remion employs a team of 28 professionals.

The acquisition was closed in February 2023. The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details related to the transaction. After the acquisition, Remion continues to operate as an independent company as part of the Normet Group.

This deal is a continuation to TRUST’s rock-solid technology M&A track record from the past year covering divestments, exists and acquisitions of target companies such as Eficode, Vastuu Group, Onrego and Suunto.
