This strategic move brings Siloy and Vipu together in a shared ambition: to lead the European HubSpot market. With this acquisition, Siloy strengthens its presence in the Nordics—a key growth region—with Vipu’s exceptional HubSpot expertise and people-centric culture complementing Siloy’s own.

Vipu, founded in Helsinki, Finland, in 2007, joins Siloy’s growing family alongside Invise in Sweden. Post-acquisition, Siloy now comprises 180+ team members, including a strong presence across the Nordics. Vipu’s founder, Jussi Liimatainen, will continue to lead the Finnish operations.

Our role at Trust was to guide Siloy through the legal landscape of this cross-border M&A transaction, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and future-ready integration.
