This strategic move enhances Reledo’s presence in the Helsinki region and underscores its commitment to expanding within the Finnish market.
Tehopro Oy, established in 2006, has experienced significant growth as a provider of cleaning services to businesses, governmental agencies, and associations in the Helsinki area. The company specializes in daily cleaning as well as specialized services such as floor care, window cleaning, sanitation, and stairwell maintenance, tailored to individual client needs. Tehopro currently manages approximately 300,000 square meters of floor space for around 300 satisfied clients. Post-acquisition, Tehopro will continue under the leadership of its current owner, Kostas Dimitri.
This acquisition aligns with Reledo’s strategy to strengthen its position in the Nordic facility management sector, following its establishment in May 2023 through the acquisition of several specialist companies. Reledo aims to provide tailored facility management solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises across the region.
