TRUST’s M&A team advised in the sale of Crown CRO Oy

TRUST’s M&A team advised the owners of Crown CRO Oy on the sale of the company to The Rohatyn Group‘s portfolio company Optimapharm.

Crown CRO Oy is a contract research organization that supplies its services to customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, functional food and device sectors, as well as to other contract research organizations.

TRUST’s team was led by Jan Lindberg in co-operation with Mika Lehtimäki and Leena-Maija Marsio and Lauri Nieminen.
