Sarianna Koponen

Sarianna joined the Trust team in the spring of 2025 after a long career in legal and business development roles at a mobile gaming company. She earned her LL.M. from the University of Helsinki in 2020, and during her studies, she gained valuable work experience at organizations such as Nordea Bank Finland and Ernst & Young. Sarianna supports all of Trust’s core practices, with a particular focus on technology, gaming/gambling, AI and data protection.

With her in-house experience, Sarianna is accustomed to working closely with various business teams, management, and boards. In addition to her legal expertise, she has strong business acumen. She finds her motivation in the success of others, and supporting new entrepreneurs and growth companies is especially close to her heart.
