Diana Esser

Diana Esser specializes in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, contract law, as well as technology and data protection matters. She has diverse experience in M&A projects and corporate legal assignments across both the private and public sectors.

Diana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Groningen and has completed supplementary legal studies at the University of Helsinki, qualifying her with the equivalent of a Finnish OTM degree. Prior to joining Trust, she worked at several law firms, gaining valuable experience in areas such as due diligence processes, transaction documentation, and legal questions related to data protection and technology.
