Anssi Ihatsu

Currently Anssi is supporting the Trust team in various projects within all of Trust’s core practice areas. He is mainly working in the fields of contract law, company law, technology law and M&A. He regularly advises our clients on their day-to-day legal issues. A combination of academic merits and an extensive experience as an entrepreneur in SME has given him a unique perspective and understanding of the various considerations that our clients’ business practices may encounter. This is manifested in practice as a comprehensive and hands-on approach to the complex matters often faced in our key practice areas. For Anssi, quality and efficiency are key values and his main objective is to offer high level of professionalism in all of his work.
