Trust – Mika Lehtimäki and Anne-Marie Malmberg – acted as the legal advisor of Talokeskus Yhtiöt in the selling of so-called Sustainable Development Business to Vahanen International and shares in Agenteq Solutions Oy i.e. its Tampuuri software business to Visma. The business transaction with Vahanen International was closed on 31 May 2018 and the Visma share transaction on 20 June 2018.
